Grandma's Bake Shoppe does not accept returns due to our compliance policy and food safety regulations.
We guarantee the quality of every item we bake. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please call, write, or email us immediately and include (1) the purchaser’s full name and, (2) the reference/order
number from the shipping label.
We will promptly work on a resolution.
Please note this must be within 30 days of the product being purchased directly from Beatrice Bakery. We may request photos of the product to be emailed for verification. We may also need to inspect the original products so please do not dispose of them until a resolution has been provided.
