Our blog may have been quiet for the last year, but Beatrice Bakery Co. has been busy mixing up an exciting variety of new products that we’re thrilled to introduce!
And the first among them is our new Grandma’s Simply Natural Fruitcake!

Skipping the artificial colors, flavorings, and added preservatives doesn’t mean you have to skimp on taste. This decadent treat is jam-packed with all the finest nuts and fruits you’ve come to expect from our traditional recipes—all balanced to perfection with natural flavors in a high-quality fruitcake with a home-baked taste.
How it’s made:
We started by going back to basics. First, we sourced ingredients that are themselves completely natural, sampling each one until we found the best of the best:
•Premium unbleached flour
•Non-GMO glace fruit produced without high-fructose corn syrup
•Natural flavor extracts
•Whole-food ingredients, free of unnecessary processing
Then we meticulously tested with our time-honored recipes, baking each cake up in the same, lovingly restored oven we’ve used for nearly 70 years to produce millions of treats enjoyed around the world.
Finally, our own in-house team of fruitcake connoisseurs tasted every sample (what a job, right?) until they found a combination that hit that perfect, unmatched harmony of flavors.
And after all that careful work, we think this is one of the best fruitcakes available anywhere. We hope you and your holiday guests will agree!
