Members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools have been selected by virtue of their demonstrated interest in maintaining and improving the quality of education in our schools and because of their integrity and find reputations within the community Board of Directors The Board of Directors meets six times each year to manage the business of the Foundation. There are no less than 21 and no more than 30 directors on the Board at any time. Directors represent the Lincoln Board of Education, Lincoln Public Schools educators, the Lincoln Education Association, and the Lincoln Community. Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees is an advisory group to the Foundation's Board of Directors. Trustees meet jointly with the Board of Directors once each year.
